Who prepares it
Civic Vanguard is a GIS and civic technology firm. We work with dozens of counties, cities and other localities around the country on the unglamorous parts: parcel and CAMA pipelines, address points, NG911, ArcGIS Enterprise and Online administration, and the public-facing maps and apps residents actually use.
That work is also where our software came from. CivQuest Atlas, Compass, Forge, Relay and Notify exist because we kept running into the same gaps in the same places.
